MEAL PLAN MONDAY

10 minutes teriyaki fried rice:



1 bag frozen cooked brown rice - cooked in micorwave + salt
A mix of frozen peas, carrots, and corn - cooked in microwave + salt
Drizzle olive oil in big pan over medium heat and fry the rice until it starts jumping out of the pan. Add the vegs.
Add 1 Tbs teriyaki sauce, 2 Tbs soy sauce, black pepper.
Oops, almost forgot, 4 cloved garlic, minced (make room in the pan for the garlic to fry a minute).
Taste, adjust seasoing.
Oh, yeah, also sesame seeds and sesame oil added in the end.
It'll be a great side dish for tomorrow's dinner, beef bulgogi.
