IN THIS MOMENT

IN THIS MOMENT
11/17/12

photo by - Far From Perfect

You say that I don't care.

It's not that I don't care. It's just that I have already learned long ago - that nothing is permanent.
Not by choice.
By loss.
Of course I care.

That is why I love what is right in front of me with all my heart. That is why every moment of my life I take in, breath in, see clearly, touch, taste, hear every detail.
My heart breaks open and pours love on exactly that moment and embraces it.
And then does the same with the next moment.

To fully feel each moment in front of me.
Because I know that I only have so long in that moment and then it is gone.

So when you come to me with your regret and I just shrug.
Then you turn on me that I don't care, because you are living in the past or the future.
It's not because I don't care.
It's because you have not yet learned how to live the way I do.

I shrug. -
Because after that moment you've told me I don't care - I am on the next moment - taking it in - and you are on your past or future worries, regrets, and fears.

I hope one day to see you........
in this moment.

MY INSTAGRAM LIFE

Saturday morning video games - My Boys

Too Cool at his brother's baseball game

RePeat's new hat. He is now not only obsessed with Legos, but also Domo.

So I just moved to a new pad the beginning of this month, and this is my morning coffee view. Yea me!

My niece Kati-Bug and her 10,000 floaties. Safety first folks. No drowning children here.

Super Goggle Boy

My neighbors always let out their dog at the same time I go out in the morning for my coffee/smoke. So she has become my morning coffee/smoke buddy.

Too Cool's friend....being a teen and trying to be a morph boy.

My favorite wine. Had a glass tonight actually.

So RePeat's class all planted pumpkin seeds and brought them home the last week of school. When I got this bad boy it was a cup of dirt. Now look at it grow. We are going to plant it at Papa's house and hopefully we will have a home grown pumpkin to bake and/or carve.
