2 INGREDIENT PUMPKIN MUFFINS

pumpkin muffins:

1 box of spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin

mix with mixer. divide into cupcake tin. bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. let cool.

either sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with cream cheese frosting

cream cheese frosting:

1 stick of butter, room temperature
1 package cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 cups powdered sugar

mix butter and cheese until well blended, no lumps. add vanilla, mix. add powdered sugar a little at a time, mixing in between (i did 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar). ice muffins.
