LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

Just sit quietly with your eyes closed.

In this variation of the Loving Kindness Meditation, we extend wishes of safety, health, happiness and ease.


You can think of the phrases
may I be safe

may I be healthy

may I be happy

may I live with ease

 a blessing, or a sincere wish, or even as a heartfelt prayer.
