 You can never fully appreciate your parents until you have children & understand all the emotions they had to go through.

 And as you watch your own children with your parents it brings back so many memories of the things they did with you. Because through your teenage years all you remember is the things they didn't do for you.

 I also think being a Grand Parent takes a lot of the stress you go through as a parents.  I mean they still worry about their Grand Kids, but not that gut wrenching worry they they did when their own 16 year old was on the road or their 10 year old was at a sleep over.

Grand Parents get to enjoy more of the kiddo part being a Grand Parent and have less of the stress as they did as a parent.

HOMEMADE BOOK FOR DAD

The boys and I made a 13 page homemade picture book for my hubby & their daddy. They had fun decorating their own pages with their pictures.

I love the cover.  I think it is so cute & funny.
