THE GAME PLAN - WEEK 1

Well I have to say I am not ecstatic about week 1, but I am satisfied. Day 1 weight was 157.4 and day 7 weight was 155.2. So 2 pound goal for the week met. I do great at the beginning of the week and pretty good during the week, it's the weekends that get me. Well more like Thursday, Friday, Saturday...I'm just pooped. But I'll take what I can take & 2 pound goal reach....so shut your pie hole , right? :)
I'm still working on it, so one week down.

THE GAME PLAN

With Thanksgiving done & over with & a trip to LA right around the corner in February there is a new game plan on the table. The plan to lose 25-30 pounds in 8-10 weeks. Dropping 2-3 pounds a week. YIKES! LA bound I want to look good & I'm just ready to drop these extra pounds I've put on over the past year & a 1/2 since my move to the Lone Star. I weighed this morning & I can't believe I'm sorry this out loud, but current weight is 158 pounds according to my scale.

The goal weight is between 125-130 & I will even be cool with between 130 & 135 as long as it's muscle & not jiggle. :) So starting tomorrow November 29th through February 7th IT'S ON! Running, Yoga, Pilates, boot camp work out, abs, push ups, better eating, cutting back on my sugar intake - it's all on. Got to do it. JUST DO IT!

It's time for a life style change.
I will save the before & after picture when there is an after. :)
