MEAL PLAN MONDAY

I just kind of pulled this one out of my you know what this week.  I had some turkey gravy & turkey stuffing that I didn't end up using on Thanksgiving so I decided to throw together some open face turkey sandwiches.

OPEN FACED TURKEY SANDWICHES & STUFFING
Turkey gravy
Turkey
Rolls
Swiss Cheese
Stuffing (prepare according to box)

Pour gravy in pan.  Add turkey.  Heat until hot to your desire.  Warm up rolls. Cut rolls in half put in plate.  Add a bit of butter to opened rolls.  Top with turkey and gravy.  Add slice of swiss cheese.  Add stuffing to plate.  Top sandwich & stuffing with extra gravy.

EASY PEASY!!!!!
